Sell Your Home in Monroe County and Downriver Michigan

Tremblay Real Estate Team | Real Broker LLC

Whether you're moving across town, downsizing, or selling a home you inherited, we'll help you price it, prepare it and sell it with clear communication from listing to closing.

Our selling process

01

Home value conversation

A comparative market analysis prepared by a licensed agent (not an appraisal).

02

Preparation plan

What's worth fixing, what isn't, and options to sell as-is.

03

Showings and offers

We explain each offer's price, terms, contingencies and timing.

04

Closing

We coordinate with the title company, lender and buyer's agent through closing.

Selling an inherited or estate home?

Estate sales have extra steps (letters of authority, court requirements, heirs). See our guides:

Seller questions

What will it cost to sell?

Commission is negotiable and set in your listing agreement. Other common costs include title and transfer taxes; your title company can estimate them.

Do I have to fix everything first?

No. We'll show what repairs may help, and what you can skip.

Do I need to fill out a seller's disclosure?

Most Michigan home sellers must provide a Seller's Disclosure Statement (Seller Disclosure Act, MCL 565.951 and following); some transfers, including many estate sales, are exempt (MCL 565.953). Ask your attorney if unsure.
