Choosing an area
We'll show you homes anywhere you'd like to look. For schools, commute times and community information, we'll point you to official sources so you can decide for yourself.
Areas we work in: Monroe County and Downriver (Wayne County).
Buyer questions
Do I need to be pre-approved?
Most sellers expect a pre-approval or proof of funds with an offer.
How is a buyer's agent paid?
It's set in your written buyer agreement and is negotiable; sometimes the seller pays some or all of it. We'll explain your options.
Can I buy in Ohio?
Jacob Tremblay is licensed in Ohio with Real of Ohio and can help with Ohio purchases.
